A far reaching visit screen, pre-composed responses, automatically captures lead information and distributes lead notifications via sms text, email or directly into the CRM. LawFirms can indicate hours of operation, view the visitors tracking detail, referring URL, search term that brought the visitor to the Law Firms website, and many other statistics.
Reacting to visitors chat request is as easy as swiping to activate a whole host of features. Pre-composed responses are sorted into categories that are simple to insert into a conversation on the fly.
